  Dishonest. Didn't finish or abide by contract. Wanted early draws. Used a fight with a contractor as an excuse to do hasty, poor-quality work. Didn't fully paint house outside as promised. I found several HUNDRED places inside where he didn't even paint. No proof, but suspected him of theft. The guy is slow (took a month to paint a house and became hostile toward the end) and can't work without a radio blaring. Didn't clean up as promised. Use Scott at your own risk.
